Prefabricated exterior wall insulation integrated panel
The prefabricated exterior wall insulation integrated panel (3000x600x50) is prefabricated in the factory and can be used as formwork for cast-in-place concrete during the construction phase, providing thermal insulation. It is not removed after concrete pouring and is securely connected to the cast-in-place concrete using specialized connectors, forming an integrated building insulation and structural system. It boasts excellent thermal insulation performance, convenient and quick installation and disassembly, safety and reliability, and a lifespan comparable to the building structure.

The production line equipment adopts advanced automated control technology, achieving intelligent operation and eliminating the need for manual intervention, significantly reducing production costs and workload. It boasts excellent structural integrity, completely resolving fire safety issues and potential hazards related to exterior walls. The elimination of the dismantling, cleaning, and transportation of traditional wooden or steel formwork greatly shortens the construction cycle of the main structure.

Integrated floor insulation and soundproofing panels
The integrated floor insulation and soundproofing panel (600x600x30) is a factory-prefabricated composite panel. The insulation core material is polystyrene insulation mortar, and the sound insulation material is modified polypropylene board or graphite polystyrene board. The sound insulation material is bonded to the polystyrene insulation mortar by creating trapezoidal grooves on the surface of the sound insulation material to form an integrated panel, which is then laid on top of the leveling layer of the floor slab structure.

The key technology lies in achieving both high compressive and flexural strength, low thermal conductivity, and a weighted impact sound level of ≤65dB. Therefore, the raw material formulation of polystyrene insulation mortar is crucial. Furthermore, because the basic properties of mortar and polypropylene differ significantly, a strong bond between them is also critical, making grooving very important.

Cement-based plant fiber fireproof and thermal insulation composite board (1500x1200x20) is a prefabricated insulation board made of cement as the main base material, with added plant fibers from agricultural and forestry waste such as rice husks or sawdust, functionalized additives, and specially made polystyrene particles. It has excellent thermal and mechanical properties. It is environmentally friendly, fireproof and moisture-proof, lightweight and high-strength, with a smooth surface and convenient construction.

Thermosetting composite polystyrene fireproof insulation board
Thermosetting composite polystyrene fireproof insulation board is a Class A fireproof insulation material made from polystyrene particles as the insulation matrix and inorganic cementitious materials as the main component. It is produced through processes such as mixing, high-pressure molding, curing, and cutting. It features excellent fire resistance, low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, and strong physical stability, and is widely used for internal and external insulation of building exterior walls, roof and floor insulation, and equipment insulation in industrial fields. Its fire resistance is excellent: meeting the Class A non-combustible standard. It has excellent thermal insulation properties: low thermal conductivity (0.045-0.060 W/(m·K)). It has strong durability: good compatibility with adhesive mortars and finishing mortars, corrosion resistance, and moisture resistance. It has good workability: lightweight, easy to install, and easy to cut.
